We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team. You will work closely with the Head of Product and lead projects involving cross-functional (e.g. developers, designers, and business) stakeholders to create customer-centric products for StashAway. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, gathering product requirements, prioritize releases and help define the future of our products.  You will want to join us if you sweat the details, leave the ego at the door, and get things done.

Responsibilities
  • Customer obsession - Gather user feedback, write user stories and functional requirements, define and track success metrics. Ensure high product quality through collaboration and analytics.
  • Manage meetings and discuss product requirements, success criteria, business logic, and prioritization. Communicate product changes to keep stakeholders in the loop.
  • Lead project management, focusing on resource, timeline and vendor management. Establish clear milestones with visible progress regularly, with emphasis on quick iterations.
  • Balance business impact, technical feasibility, user experience and implementation schedules on company's latest product.
  • Drive the strategy and direction of a product area and own the planning, roadmap, and execution of new features and improvements.
  • An understanding of APAC markets, competition and customer/user requirements in depth would be preferred.
Requirements
Must-Haves
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Product Management or related fields, with relevant exposure to B2C-focused products.
  • Data-driven mindset to prioritise features and onboard stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of stakeholder and time management methods.
  • Sound business insights with the ability to translate the business problems and requirements into solutions.
  • Ability to communicate ideas and product logic effectively through wireframes, diagrams and/or prototypes.
  • Self-sufficient and independent; able to begin on a project from scratch and follow through to finish.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to drive the success of our product.
  • Ability to think long-term and get things done.
  • Bachelor degree, preferably in analytical disciplines, e.g. Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Accounting.
Good-to-Haves
  • Demonstrated success in product development from conception to delivery and iteration in a fast-growing, dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Some understanding of various backend and frontend technologies.
  • Knowledge and interest in financial planning.
