TH - Information Security & Risk Analyst

About the role
The Information Security & Risk Analyst is self-motivated, IT-savvy and collaborative in our Technology team. 

As the First Line of Defence for the Technology team, you are responsible for the design, review, and enforcement of information security policies, standards, and guidelines for our technology platform’s services and infrastructure components. 

In addition, you will closely supports colleagues across departments to ensure security and efficient business continuity. For example, you will works with the Product team to raise and review incident tickets, and other departments to manage their user access controls.

Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Security & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance to the Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand’s (SEC) Information Technology Risk Management guidelines
  • Work with various departments to ensure adequate Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) 
  • Maintain, track, and update the IT risk register and control procedures to address known security vulnerabilities
  • Undertake new projects to improve security controls, while maintaining efficiency of operations
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
2. Incident Management
  • Design and adhere to procedures and ensure timely escalation of major and critical incidents to relevant stakeholders
  • Raise tickets on our incident management platform, and perform reviews and root-cause analyses on these tickets with the Product and Engineering teams
3. IT Service Management
  • Manage and update user access controls in the internal software access matrix
  • Facilitate new employee on-boarding and off-boarding with the purchase, recording and management of fixed IT assets
  • Prepare monthly reports for the IT Committee
  • Only open to Thai Citizens or Permanent Residents.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information System, Computer Engineering, or related fields
  • Proven 1-2 years of working experience in IT 
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and Thai
  • Self-driven, has strong sense of ownership and able to work and learn independently
  • Manage regional operations strategies and day-to-day operations teams
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/ software systems
  • Ability to maintain an open mindset to learn
