We are looking for a committed and dedicated Process Management Executive to join our team, to play a key role in shaping our customers' great experience with StashAway.

You believe that happy customers are crucial to a business' success, and want to create a wonderful experience for each of StashAway's customers. Reevaluating internal processes within the Client Experience team to ensure we provide top-notch customer services to our users should be of interest to you. You will look for ways to constantly improve processes.

  • Assist the Client Experience team in their daily responsibilities in serving customers by assigning enquiry tickets and ensuring that the team responds to these tickets with utmost accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist the Client Services Manager and Head of Client Experience in scheduling 7-day shifts for existing team members and managing any administrative tasks.
  • Work closely with the Business Intelligence team in deriving internal data to improve the efficiency of the Client Experience team (e.g. time taken to respond to enquiry tickets)
  • Actively seek for ways to improve existing internal processes to create a more productive work flow and collaborative work culture within the Client Experience team.
  • Open only to Malaysia Citizens or Permanent Residents.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Malay/Chinese/Cantonese.
  • Possesses leadership skills and enjoys project and people management.
  • Able to multi-task and take responsibility in challenging situations.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills; able to juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the big picture.
  • Tenacious problem-solving mindset with strong follow-through and ownership.
  • True team mentality committed to learning from and teaching others.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and improve upon processes.
  • Ability to learn quickly and problem solve on the fly with limited guidance.
